Tomas A. Corzo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.   He spent four years in the residential real estate arena in San Diego, California where he was recognized for his achievements in production and his commitment to customer satisfaction.  Tomas went on to work with Harvest Properties Inc. in Tucson, AZ where he was Head of Acquisition for the real estate investment firm.  Through his experience Tomas recognized that with the sharp increase of mortgage rates, there was a real need for assisting families in avoiding foreclosure.  In 2006 he moved back to his hometown of Austin, Texas where he founded Star Capital Properties Inc.  

His track record includes assisting hundreds of families avoid foreclosure in southern Arizona and central Texas.    His experience in dealing with most mortgage companies has given him a wide range of knowledge in finding comprehensive solutions to helping families avoid foreclosure. 

Paden Parker graduate from Abilene Christian University 2001 and went on to complete a Masters Degree in Mass Communications at Texas Tech University in 2004. While in the Graduate program, studies focused on the MBA Marketing Program and Advertising Research in the College of Mass Communication. While completing his studies he worked in direct sales and the service industry fine tuning the ability to work with consumers and fill personal needs.  Mr. Parker holds three year experience in the Mortgage Wholesale Industry serving as an expert in structuring, implementing, and funding home loans. A wealth of knowledge in this industry allows him to provide great service to our customers and find solutions to many issues with a home loan. 
 

Driven by service, Mr. Parker is a three year resident of Austin and the Star Capital Team want to help customers fully understand their options and find the best solution, FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Jennifer Wisian attended Texas A&M University and majored in Mechanical Engineering. For the past several years, she has worked with several families and businesses in the Austin area as a Coordinator. Her recent experience in Commercial Development with multi-million dollar projects gives her an edge in the residential arena.

In April, Jennifer joined the Star Capital Properties team to aid the business with her organization, determination, and drive to assist both sellers and buyers in the Austin market. Her sharp mind and personable demeanor is a valuable asset to the company.
